2021 Virtual Business Development Workshop

Published: Aug 24, 2021

Event date: 10/26/2021 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Export event

Business Development isn’t about just driving membership, it’s about driving the right kind of membership to your credit union. In a two-part series, Kathy Hall will discuss the evolution of business development during a pandemic and beyond.

Note: New Dates - October 19 & 26

Tuesday, October 19 beginning at 9:00 am and concluding by 12:00 pm

In part one of the series, Kathy Hall will provide perspective on the impact of COVID-19 on Business Development and provide insight into the key elements of creating a data-driven strategy that develops credibility by setting metrics.

Kathy will outline steps you can take to develop a data-driven strategy to adapt and thrive in these disruptive times. You’ll discover that curiosity and asking the right questions will help to better define your target market. By defining who you are as a credit union – aka your value proposition - you can identify and fill in any gaps between yourself and your target market to move forward better together.

This session will be highly interactive and engaging and Kathy will assign you homework to complete in advance of your second session occurring one week later.

Tuesday, October 26 beginning at 9:00 am and concluding by 12:00 pm

In part two of this session, Kathy Hall will transition the conversation from Business Development strategy to engagement and execution. She will refer back to those data-driven strategies learned in session one and provide guidelines and proven action steps of how to put them into practice to attract and retain SEGs and Community partnerships. Real life examples will be reviewed and discussed to help determine what works. The assignment from session one will be used in this session to help bring concept and execution together.

$225 per attendee. The series is not being sold separately.
