A new year marks the perfect time to focus on your own growth and the growth of your credit union. Join Jeff Rendel in Lafayette on January 16th to learn about sharpening your leadership skills to keep up with member expectations and how to execute your best laid out plans. These sessions will take place in conjunction with the 2020 LCUL Committee Conference.
Brunch and Learn: Leading at the Speed of Members: 8:30 am - 9:30 am
A clear-cut connection exists between experiences, expectations, and engagement with your credit union. Understanding every point of a member's relationship helps you benchmark, measure, and improve the experience. Designing an experience strategy involves recognizing expectations, addressing all stages of an experience, and delivering an effortless result. By focusing on the member's wide-ranging journey, and how easy you are to do business with, your credit union can stand out and dependably deliver exceptional experiential, financial, and engagement-worthy value.
Lunch and Learn: Strategy is Everyone's Business: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Developing strategic plans - and their execution - is not set aside exclusively for the person in the top position on the org chart. In order to prosper, strategy must be defined and put into action at every level - branch wide, department wide and even at your own desk. As a leader, your ingenuity in establishing objectives, clarifying the most likely path of success and rolling up your sleeves for hands-on implementation sets you apart, revealing your commitment to your mission and vision of your organization.
Educational Investment: Your investment of $75 includes full Breakfast, Lunch and both General Sessions. For those who will not be participating in a committee meeting in between the two sessions, we encourage you to bring your laptop so you don't miss a beat while away from the office. We'll provide the internet access and a workspace. The time is also a wonderful opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas and engaging in mini consultative conversations with Jeff Rendel!
*NOTE: Committee members do not need to register! Registration is included in your committee meeting attendance.
