Our Operations Specialist will ensure operational efficiency by identifying problems and providing resolutions. They will serve as support for the front line, back-office department staff and members. The Operations Specialist will review Mobile and ATM deposits in an effort to prevent fraud and will manage IRA records, deceased claims, Trust Accounts and serve as administrator for third party deposit operations products. This role will also monitor various reports for quality and audit purposes as well as maintain operational procedures.
All candidates who wish to be considered must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience to include prior financial institution experience. Additionally, computer skills are a must. Candidates must also be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Do you have what it takes?
