Conduct transactions while promoting good customer service skills with a smile.


Provide member service performing all duties as outlined in the Teller tasks & duties in addition to the following:

  • Process all share draft and ACH exception adjustments and returns daily.
  • Monitor and process remote deposits by logging in to Ensenta several times throughout the day and approving or rejecting checks received for deposit.
  • Order money from the Federal Reserve as required.
  • Review closed accounts weekly, to ensure all services have been deactivated (i.e., debit cards, recurring entries, etc.). Pull member file and make sure all documents are scanned into Laserfiche then move imaged file from active to closed accounts.  (Get supervisor approval before destroying any paper files.)
  • Pull daily and monthly reports to review and monitor debit card issuance and address order problems as necessary.
  • Ship and receive currency and coin to Federal Reserve as needed, making sure all shipments are properly recorded.
  • Balance vault and coin sorter as required and make any necessary overage and shortage entries.
  • Ensure that ATM machine(s) is always operational.
  • Take readings on machines at least every other day.  Last day of the month is a must.
  • Add money to machines as needed, balancing and keeping records of all transactions.
  • Enter/post any overage and/or shortage adjustment as needed to balance ATM cash.  (Notify supervisor and/or CFO of any adjustments.) 
  • Control and maintain supplies for machines (ink, paper, etc.).  Advise supervisor when supplies are needed.
  • Keep machines maintained with receipt paper, ink, etc.
  • Assist with all FSR duties as needed or required.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
