Your supervisors/managers will learn:

• Characteristics of successful leaders;
• The three characteristics of leadership power;
• The six leadership styles and when it is appropriate to use each one;
• How to manage like a leader;
• How to boost productivity; 
• How to motivate and generate; and,
• Motivational methods.

Module 2 – Supervisory Skills 2: Building the Team from Within

Your supervisors/managers will learn:

• Team building - defined;
• Advantages and disadvantages of a team
• Necessary communication skills
• Purpose and direction of a team
• The team members we have
• Delegation of tasks
• How to conduct a team meeting

Module 3 – Supervisory Skills 3

Your supervisors will review:

• Assessing coaching needs
• Providing a motivational environment
• Listening for understanding
• Facilitating education/training
• Guiding staff in the right direction
