LCUL has worked with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions (LOFI) to set up a telephone response system to be used in the event of an emergency. Through this system, LOFI will record information and alerts related to immediate threats and/or disasters in your area.

Credit unions will be able to dial in to the toll free number, (866) 281-6782, Ref # 156163. To hear the most current alert, please press one (1) and then the pound (#) key. To hear previous messages, simply dial the number of the recording you wish to hear followed by the pound (#) key.  

Please note that if there are no alerts currently recorded, you will receive a message stating that the reference code is invalid. This system is currently activated.
