2010 Annual Meeting & Convention

It is with great excitement that we invite you to the Louisiana Credit Union League’s 2010 Annual Meeting & Convention as we encourage credit unions to ‘Sit Back, Relax, and Let the League Take You Away’. We understand the hardships your credit union is facing during these difficult times, but we hope to help relieve the stress for just a moment with our beach inspired theme.

Our annual meeting and convention will take place Wednesday, August 4 through Saturday, August 7, at the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans. The layout and dates of the convention has changed this year so please make note. Our “Not Just for Golfers” Golf Tournament will take place on Wednesday afternoon and convention activities will begin Thursday morning.

We have a terrific line up scheduled for you this year as well as new highlights, including an application for smart phones that allows attendees to view their favorite education sessions, locate a specific exhibitor, and much more! We have doubled the amount of education sessions so that there is something to meet everyone’s needs. As always, LCUL & CUNA Mutual will host the Friday Night Function, ‘It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere’. This popular event will have you relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized to implement the great educational tools learned throughout the convention.
