  • ASI FCU Recognizes Youth Savings Month, Encourages Parents to Have the Financial Talk Early and Ofte

    ASI FCU understands that every saver is unique, but most people who save regularly developed the habit early in life. Learning to delay gratification and save for long-term goals is a crucial life skill that ASI is committed to helping our youngest members develop. To this end, ASI has created products and services designed specifically to start youth on the right track to success including minor savings accounts, student checking, and access to financial education through our counseling team. 

  • Xplore FCU Supports Animal Rescue New Orleans

    For the seventh consecutive year, Xplore FCU held a month long fundraiser supporting Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO). This is a volunteer run organization whose mission is to save and accommodate lost and abandoned animals in the New Orleans area. They are the only non-kill shelter in our region.

  • New Orleans Firemen's FCU Hosts All Fired Up Chili Cookoff

    On Friday, May 5, New Orleans Firemen's FCU (NOFFCU) hosted their first All Fired Up Chili Cookoff. Employees of the credit union prepared their unique chili recipes, with the winner being chosen from an independent panel of judges. The first place winner of the chili cookoff was Toni Woodson. Toni is the Regional Manager of NOFFCU's South shore branches.
